The towering Termite, sponsored by Termidor Termite Defense, is a mobile, interactive termite exhibit housed in a two-story high giant inflatable termite. The 60-ft. long giant inflatable Termite was created to educate (and entertain!) children and adults about termites, the destruction they cause, and the newest methods being used to control them. The promotion objectives were to create a competitive point of difference for consumers, increase awareness and exposure of BASF’s Termidor brand, and garner incremental PR for BASF and their customers.
The results were over 100 million media impressions which included 80 million consumer print impressions, 10 million TV impressions, and 13 million radio impressions.
